I had a flood in my basement and he worked with me. Honest, great quality work, cleaned everything, and made sure everything was dry. We had a pipe burst on our top floor, and water came down into our bedroom and all the way to the basement. Before asking for recommendations on Facebook, I did some research and was really leaning toward Apex, but I still wanted to see what others suggested. When I posted in a Facebook group, I was flooded with recommendations—which can be extremely overwhelming.
Austin saw my post and commented right away, saying he could come out the same day to take a look. Even with all the recommendations coming in, I decided to stop searching and give Austin a chance. Thank God I did! He was amazing. He assessed everything that same day and got the process started. Within three days, he had everything he could dried out and saved, and anything he couldn’t save, he ended up removing. He also got everything cleaned up and ready for the contractor I hired for the finish work to start.
Austin was professional and helpful in every aspect. I’m so glad we went with his company, and although I hope he never has to come back lol, I will definitely use him again for any future needs. Hire Apex—you’ll be very happy you did!

Apex was extremely responsive and came out to our home quickly. They were willing to walk through every step of the process and answer all questions! The work was done beautifully. The team set up easily, got into every corner of the room, and left the basement cleaner than before they serviced it! They were also willing to set us up on a payment plan, which was a huge plus.
